Taylor Conaway is the Founder and Managing Principal of CV Urban, bringing a unique blend of financial expertise, innovation management, and public-sector strategy to urban development. With experience in federal R&D, Big 4 consulting, and AEC transformation, she leads data-informed, resilient projects that drive lasting impact across Puerto Rico.
Before founding CV Urban, Conaway served as an R&D project consultant in the federal sector, where she honed her skills in innovation, knowledge management, and risk mitigation—capabilities she now applies to the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) space. By translating research-driven methodologies into actionable project strategies, she helps construction and development teams embrace new technologies, improve workflows, and elevate project outcomes.
Conaway also held senior roles at a Big 4 advisory firm, consulting Fortune 100 clients on merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions. She served as a trusted advisor to Program Management Offices (PMOs), specializing in strategic planning, financial analysis, and stakeholder communication—skills critical to navigating the complex landscape of AEC projects. Her consulting background empowers her to integrate business acumen with technical delivery, ensuring every CV Urban initiative is grounded in economic feasibility and long-term impact.
Her early experience on Capitol Hill and in government research also informs her deep understanding of public-sector priorities, including transparency in spending and the effective implementation of federally funded initiatives. This perspective enables her to guide clients in adopting technology that not only improves performance but also delivers measurable value to communities.
